How I Started Losing Weight at Home – No Gym, No Equipment

 Hi! My name is Erika, and I’m starting my weight loss journey at home.I’m not using any fancy gym or expensive equipment. Just my phone, a little motivation, and some small daily changes.

I focus on low-calorie meals with foods I love: eggs, chicken, sweet potato, fruits, vegetables, and natural juices.

I started with jump rope and some easy YouTube workouts I found. I do about 15–20 minutes a day.

I want to lose 40kg and feel healthy, confident, and happy for my wedding. This is just the beginning!
